'This is a 45 minute workout using only a raised surface such as a bench, chair, etc. and \"gliders\" which can be small towels, paper plates, etc depending on the surface where you are exercising. Otherwise it is bodyweight only! We warm up then perform 5 circuits with 2 exercises per circuit. Each exercise is executed for 60 seconds and the circuit is repeated for a total of 3 rounds before moving on to the next circuit! This workout focuses on strength, core and cardiovascular fitness.
